Analysis of 2016-2017 data is now complete and a summary of the findings is below.

 

  • Astley Park School is part of the NWSAG cluster for pupil progress benchmarking
  • Pupils are set challenging annual and cross key stage progress targets based on NWSAG guidelines
  • Pupil progress is analysed annually using NWSAG progress tables
  • Anonymised pupil progress data for all key stages is submitted annually to the NWSAG for inter school bench-marking purposes
  • Teacher assessments are moderated both internally and externally through the NWSAG to ensure consistency of standards within the schools cluster.
