Visit Preston College on Thursday 23 November to discover the Supported Internship programme – an academic year-long programme designed for young people aged 18-25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan, transitioning from education to paid employment.

Supported Internships are an initiative from DFN Project Search which brings together a host business, education provider and professional support to provide paid employment in an integrated setting. During the open event you will have the opportunity to meet the host businesses Lancashire Constabulary and Lancashire County Council, the professional support provider Hft and the education provider Preston College.

You’ll also have the opportunity to attend a short presentation and meet current interns and alumni. Ultimately, you’ll be able to find out if a Supported Internship is the right for you.
