OUT OF SCHOOL CLUBS

Breakfast Club takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.00am until 8.45am during term time. Children can choose cereal, toast and fruit juice or milk. The cost is £4 per session (this will increase to £7.50 from April 2025) which includes breakfast, payments must be made via ParentPay. Places are limited so sessions must be booked in advance. Transport is not available so children must be dropped off at school at 8.00am.

After School Club currently takes place on Tuesdays from 3.30pm to 5.30pm for children attending senior school, and on Thursday from 3.30pm to 5.30pm for children attending primary school. From April 2025, both clubs will take place on Thursdays from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. Activities are child led and include outdoor play, arts and crafts, playing games and use of the sensory room. Places are limited so must be booked in advance, a term at a time. From April 2025, the 2 hour session prices will increase to £6 for Break Time users. Families who are not eligible for Break Time because they are in receipt of a social care package or direct payments for your child may access After School Club by paying the full cost of £20 per session or should speak to their social worker about accessing the club through Break Time Plus.

Holiday Club takes place on selected days from 9.30am to 3.30pm during all of the school holidays. The  dates for 2024/2025 are:

October Half Term: 22/10/24 & 24/10/24

Our Holiday Club is very popular and places are limited due to availability of staff. Children take part in fun activities such as visits to soft play and sensory rooms, cinema trips, swimming, animal therapy, bouncy castles and inflatable assault courses as well as making use of our wonderful facilities here at school. Parents are invited to request places via an online form which is sent out a few weeks before each holiday period. Places are then allocated but are not confirmed until payments have been received. Priority is given to Breaktime users as we are funded through this scheme. The cost (from April 2025) is £18 per day for Break Time users. Families who are not eligible for Break Time because they are in receipt of a social care package or direct payments for your child may access the club by paying the full cost of £110 per day or should speak to their social worker about accessing the club through Break Time Plus. This can only be accessed via an agreement through Children’s Social Care, and so we advise that you speak to your social worker ASAP should you wish to pursue this option.
