Astley Park School Uniform


The School Governors have decided that all students wear school uniform, details of which are given below. Costs have been kept to a minimum by not allocating specialist suppliers or badges. It is most helpful if articles of clothing are clearly marked with the child’s name.

Grey skirt/trousers                                                                     KS3: Classes 7,8,9 GREY skirt/trousers, GREY V-necked sweater/cardigan

Red V-necked top/sweat shirt                                                    KS4: Classes 10,11 BLACK skirt/trousers, BLACK V-necked


Black shoes (not trainers)                                                          Black shoes (not trainers), heels must not be more than 4 cm high.


SUMMER TERM: - summer dresses optional (red/white stripes or check), Sandals (not trainers) may be worn


PE KIT - Red polo shirt, black shorts, trainers.



Rings, earrings and other jewellery must not be worn in school.

Pupils with pierced ears are allowed to wear one plain stud per ear only.

The wearing of nose studs and other body piercing jewellery is strictly forbidden.

On grounds of safety no jewellery is allowed during PE or Games-staff are not allowed to remove earrings. Parents are advised to remove earrings and other jewellery from their child and keep them at home on PE days.

Make up and nail varnish are not to be worn in school.

On the grounds of safety, tight hair braids are not allowed.
