9A had a very colourful week.  In Science we made ‘silent fireworks by mixing oil and water and then added food colour and watched as the colour ‘exploded’ in the water. We then noticed how the oil floated on top of the water and made a seperate layer.

Pupils in 9A were given a choice of classroom jobs and asked to choose one they would like to apply for. They then completed an application form saying why they would be good at the job and why they should be chosen and now everyone has been successful in securing a job in 9A.

Now the winter is…

Before half term pupils in 9A practiced their road safety skills whilst walking to Chorley Library.  They used a zebra crossing where ever possible waiting until cars stopped so they could cross safely. Everyone had a lovely time at the library looking at all the different kinds of books and…
