Summary
We're seeking to appoint a temporary Business Support Officer to join our friendly Business Support Team. 

This is a maternity cover role where you will play a vital part in keeping our school running smoothly by:
 
  • Providing general admin and clerical support (word processing, minute taking, mail handling).
  • Helping with financial admin – from petty cash and banking to budget monitoring.
  • Maintaining school records, including pupil attendance, school trips and free school meals.
  • Assisting with HR admin and recruitment processes.
  • Acting as one of our welcoming first points of contact for parents, visitors and staff.

  • Someone organised, approachable and reliable, with a good eye for detail. You’ll be comfortable using IT systems, working with financial data and juggling a variety of tasks. Most importantly, you’ll share our commitment to supporting children with special educational needs and their families.

    The position is part time, term time only.  Please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent.  If successful the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
