Last year we were given funding to launch our Lancashire Care Hub, a new initiative that will provide free monthly community coffee and play events across Lancashire for families and carers of children with complex or additional health needs. We have already hosted our first event and have four more booked for the next few months.
We’re keen to connect with SEND schools across Lancashire so that families who may benefit from the Care Hub are aware of the support available to them. I’ve attached our flyer, which provides a brief overview of the Hub, and we’d be very grateful if you were able to share this with relevant families or include it in your communications where appropriate.
