Help Our Forest School Grow!
Our wonderful Forest School at Astley Park School, Chorley is looking for help from our amazing local community.
To support our pupils in learning about gardening, planting, and all things horticulture, we are currently in need of good quality soil / topsoil so the children can sow seeds, plant flowers and vegetables, and get hands-on experience with nature.
These outdoor learning sessions are incredibly valuable for our pupils. They help build confidence, develop life skills, and give the children the chance to connect with the natural world in a meaningful way.
If you:-
• Have spare bags of compost or topsoil
• Work in landscaping, gardening, or building and could donate soil
• Know a local business who may be able to help
—we would be incredibly grateful for any support!
Every bag will help our young gardeners learn, grow, and nurture their own plants.
Please send us a message if you can help or would like more information.
Thank you for supporting the pupils at Astley Park School and helping our Forest School flourish.
