7A Week 4

We have had another super busy week in 7A.

Food technology

In the Food technology lesson this week we have been shopping in Asda for the exotic fruits for our taste testing lesson. The fruits we bought included, passion fruit, pineapple, kiwi, peach,mango,pomegranate, dragonfruit, pomelo, blood orange, cantaloupe melon, apricot, lychee,guava,lime and grapefruit. 
 

RE

We looked at the Shabbat, we looked at when it is, what Jewish families do and how they traditionally mark the occasion. 
 

Science

In Science we looked at teeth and how we have four different types and what they are used for. For example incisors for biting and canines and mowers for chewing and grinding. The class enjoyed looking at the models of the teeth, also feeling there own teeth and how they are different.
