The Final Week of 10A 2026

Just like that our time as 10A has come to an end, and what a week we’ve had to celebrate such a successful year!

On Monday we went to ReBel Social in Chorley for a game of bowling and a round of mini golf before we sat down for food in ReBel’s restaurant. Unfortunately there was a wait for our food but we all handled it perfectly.

We had a visit from an Ice Cream Van on Wednesday afternoon, as well as time with our new teacher Mrs Slattery, and everyone enjoyed either an ice-cream or an ice lolly!

On Thursday we spent more time with Mrs Slattery getting to know her ahead of having her as our teacher in September, and on Friday we said farewell to Mr Welsh. There were many tears shed, mostly by Mr Welsh, and at the end of the day we said ‘See you later’ and thank you to Miss Hendy as she moves to her new class.

Also on Thursday some of our learners, Jaden and Ethan D, went to Hollywood Bowl in Horwich for our school reward trip!
