After a short warmup activity with Ashley the group started their circuit of gym equipment. Ashley observed that the group have made great progress in both using the equipment and in the level of intensity. The sledge posed an excellent challenge and each member chose the additional weight they would push along the course, this ranged from 10k to 20k. When using the weighted ball all the group were also able to catch the ball by throwing it with sufficient force for it to bounce back. Ashley also discussed the importance of hydration and the group used the water fountain to top up their own water bottles or a cup provided to remain hydrated.
To finish the session the group attempted the pull up challenge and each improved on the week before!
