This week year 11 have been thinking about our mental health. We discussed about what emotions we feel, how we might deal with that in a college setting and what we could do to help ourselves. Who can we talk to, what activities might make us feel better and how important it is to share your thoughts and feelings.
We then watched a video about mental health. This made us think about our own thoughts and we were asked to write about what makes us sad, what makes us happy and what makes us angry. We were also asked to write about three things we cared about. We had some really lovely and honest thoughts and most of the class were happy to share these thoughts and feelings.
