Bendrigg Residential – Day 3
Our final day at Bendrigg started bright and early. After waking up, everyone got busy tidying their rooms and stripping their beds. Once everything was packed away, we placed our bed sheets into the washing baskets and made sure our rooms were left neat and tidy.
Next, it was time for breakfast. There was plenty to choose from, including toast, cereal, and a hot cooked breakfast to help us fuel up for the journey home.
After breakfast, we gathered in the lounge for a special presentation and farewell. It was a chance to reflect on our amazing residential trip and say thank you to the fantastic Bendrigg team leaders who had supported us throughout our stay.
With the presentation finished, everyone collected their belongings and packed lunches before making their way to the coach. Bags were loaded, seats were claimed, and we began our journey back to Astley Park.
Although we were sad to leave, we returned home with lots of great memories, new experiences, and plenty of stories to share. It had been a fun-filled, action-packed Bendrigg residential from start to finish, and one that will be remembered for a long time.
