Today, 8A swapped the classroom for an exciting adventure at Dino Falls Golf in Manchester for our end-of-year trip. With beautiful sunshine overhead, we were treated to the perfect weather for a day of fun, laughter and a little friendly competition.
The golf course was packed with challenges, and it wasn’t just about getting the ball in the hole. Along the way, we had to navigate tricky bridges, winding tunnels, gigantic dinosaur claws and even a river. Every hole brought a new surprise, keeping us on our toes from start to finish. There were some impressive golfing skills on display too, with a few lucky players even scoring hole-in-ones!
After working up an appetite on the course, we enjoyed a picnic lunch together before heading to Milk Maids for a well-earned ice cream. The sunshine stayed with us, making it the perfect way to relax and round off the afternoon.
Choosing a flavour was no easy task, with tempting options including Biscoff, Kinder Bueno, Jaffa Cake and Crunchie. There were plenty of happy faces as everyone enjoyed their favourite treat in the sunshine.
What a fantastic way to start our final week at school and our final week together in 8A. It was a day full of fun, friendship and memories that we will be talking about for a long time to come.
