Safer Internet Day 2021 was a great hit at Astley Park again this year!

Pupils took part in activities relevant to their own personal understanding of online safety. This could be through diverse ways of asking to go online, knowing when to end our screen time, sharing our experiences with adults, recognising online stranger dangers to Fake and false news.

We enjoyed that a large number of you managed to access the BBC live stream session remotely and helped us be and feel part of a whole school family team again.

For those who missed the live stream, you will still find it by googling 'BBC Livestream Lessons' here you will be able to find previous years as well as this years.

Well done to everyone who took part in learning about, partaking in and pledging to stay safe online!
