
Scrambled egg on toast
In our first food tech activity, 10A made scrambled egg on toast. Everyone was excited to get into the kitchen and have a try. They followed step by step instructions with ingredients and equipment needed and the recipe itself.
The learners did the majority of this independently with a little help from staff for reading the instructions and mixing the egg mixture on the hob.
Not everyone liked their scrambled egg, (including Miss Hendy) but well done to those who still tried it.
Can’t wait for the next food tech activity.
