This week we have been practicing for our Christmas Production. We have been trying so hard to learn the lyrics. We can’t wait for you all to see us perform on Monday.
On Thursday we went to Birkacre garden centre to look at the Christmas decorations. We met Mrs Crook there with her daughter. We also met Miss Cross with her daughter. It was so lovely to see them. We had a wonderful morning getting festive.
On Friday morning we had some exciting visitors to Astley Park school. We got to watch a pantomime performance of Sleeping Beauty. It was so funny, especially when Mr Crofts got picked to go up to the front and had to dance with nurse Nelly.
Friday afternoon was the secondary reward trip, to Hollywood Bowl, with 2 pupils from 9A attending. We ended up in a bowling competition with other schools, run by Chorley Sports Partnership. We had an excellent afternoon and even managed to get some strikes and came away with medals.
Only one more week to go until Christmas break :-)
