Beech class have had an amazing week once again. This week we continued to explore Goldilocks and the 3 bears. During continuous provision and adult led activities, we explored sensory trays, painted bears, had tea parties and used our fine motor skills to cut Goldilocks’s hair.
Group 2, have enjoyed exploring the sensory areas around school, engaging in intensive interaction and have enjoyed beginning to attend to a small group activity in an afternoon. We loved playing in angel delight, whipped cream and tasting porridge.
Group 1, have been more challenged this week. We sat for morning group, said good morning to our friends, explored the days of the week and the weather. We then sat for attention autism and transferred the activity we watched to the table to have a turn ourselves. We also continued to use phase 1 PECS and communication boards to request fun toys!
