What a busy fun filled week we have had again in 8R. We have been on a few different fact finding missions. At the beginning of the week Miss Brophy set us the challenge of finding out what a continent was and then see if we could name them. We worked well using our iPads to name the seven different continents. We wonder if you could name them all too?
We also looked at what words,  related to our topic To Infinity and Beyond, we could use to make a word map ready to us to make some more poems. We definitely have some budding poets and authors in our class, can’t wait to see what poems we create together. We then made some great self portrait astronaut helmets which we think look amazing.

In Cooking and Nutrition this week we have made some gigantic sausage rolls then went down a treat. Everyone wanted a copy of the recipe to try at home. We have Chef Brophy in charge who makes sure we are great trainee chefs in the making. We hope anybody lucky enough to taste any sent home gave us the thumbs up
