This weeks in 9A’s cooking session, we made chocolate rice crispie and cornflake cakes. First, the pupils broke up the bars of chocolate, resisting the temptation to eat them! They then used the microwave to melt the chocolate and added in their choice of either the rice crispies or cornflakes. Once it was all mixed together, the pupils then put the mixture into cupcake cases. Each pupil demonstrated fantastic teamwork skills, supporting each other when putting the mixture into the cases. The cakes then went into the fridge, ready to set for 9A to taste. They tasted delicious!
