BorwickHall 2023


 

What a day we had !

We had packed our rucksacks and walking boots were on, Borwick Hall here we come!

Excitement filled the bus as we chatted to each other.

On arrive, we met the team and had a tour around the site.

Our first activity was to follow a map of the site and find and record pictures and coordinate .

We all managed to find some. 

We regrouped then off  we went again this challenge was orienteering. In our groups each team was given one map with a number of the posts we had to find. Once we had found post with the matching number,  we had to stamp our record sheet and return to the team leader.

It was exciting, lots of shouting and running about with great team work by everyone. 

Then lunch time, everyone enjoyed that !

The afternoon was all about putting tents up  and then making a hot chocolate, but only when the tents had been checked . 

We are all looking forward to our next visits.
