First week at Nuffield Health Club for the group, Ashley started the session with a warmup and stretching activity to get them ready. Ashley then introduced them to the training circuit they will be working on over the next six weeks which included, a rowing and ski pull  machines, a sledge, weighted ball and arm weights, with lunges in the middle. After a short cool down Ashley challenged them to pull ups and after a demonstration the group tried their best!!! hard work after the circuit they had completed, but they all tried their best. 

 

After the session we retired to the cafe, enjoyed a well deserved drink and   reflected on the what they had accomplished before returned to school.
