Hi everyone,
Well, another week has gone past and I do hope you have all been enjoying this beautiful sunshine and getting lots of fresh air.
I have been working from home again this week and as well as doing video's and online work I have also been going out for lots of walks in the sunshine.
I hope you like the photo of my garden gnomes....they were looking a little bit shabby so i decided to paint them and I do think they look much brighter and happier now as they sit amongst the bushes.
I hope you can all make it to our class video call next Tuesday 2nd June at 11.15am. I know myself, Mrs Powell and Mr Connor are very excited about it and are looking forward to saying hello to as many as you as possible.
So, lets see what some of you have been up to this week....
Isaac has been keeping very busy cooking and baking in the kitchen and has also been discussing making healthy choices which is fabulous to hear. Isaac has also used the x box to get active and he talked about his heart rate to his mum and how it made him feel when it got faster.
The Pop family game sounds great fun Isaac...I bet you enjoyed playing snap and I do hope that you won.
As well as using his crayola glowstation to practise writing his name Isaac has also been out in the garden watering plants and using the wheelbarrow and the country walks sounds great that you have been on looking at all the wild flowers and sheep. Great stuff Isaac.
James has also been very busy working in the kitchen and he has helped to bake the most gorgeous looking rainbow cake....I can almost smell it .
I do know that it took James a couple of days to bake the cake and then wait until it was cool before putting it together .
I can tell by looking at the photo's that you put a lot of hard work into making the cake . Well done James.
Nathan has been working very hard on his ICT skills and has sent us some fabulous photo's of some different types of kitchen appliances including a fridge/freeze and an oven. It all looks very interesting Nathan and I can tell that you have enjoyed doing this activity.
Well done on completing a wonderful colourful rainbow poster for the NHS...I love how you have put a heart under the NHS icon.
I'm very impressed with your work Nathan.
Georgia has been having a fun time helping to assemble and then use a hot tub in her garden...wow, it looks absolutely amazing and I bet you are enjoying it in this lovely weather.
Georgia has also been wrapping presents up for Grandma's birthday as well as doing lots of baking and has even helped dad in the garden by using the electric screwdriver with dad's help of course.
You have been very busy this week Georgia.
So, Have a fantastic weekend everyone, the sun is due to shine on us again so please make sure to put sun cream on, wear a sun hat and drink lots and lots of water .
Take care and stay safe, love Ms Lea. xxxx
