Pupils have been all smiles this week in 10R! 

 

There is nothing more exciting than planning and preparing to host a coffee afternoon for our loved ones. 

 

This week has included researching the Macmillan charity, making invites for our family and decorations. The class worked as a team to make a shopping list and estimated the cost of our shopping. This morning we walked into town to buy our cakes and carried out some functional money problems, working out which coins to pay with. 

This all lead to preparing the classroom ready for our VIPs. Sharing this event really made our pupils day, showing off their brew making skills and waiting on our guests. We also had our very own talented juggler to entertain us. 

When many had left we had a super star who stayed to help with the worst part of hosting, clearing away. Although he did a super job working out our class contribution towards the fundraiser. Well done 10R for your £41.78 total.
