This week is all about King Charles III Coronation.

7A have been extremely busy with all things royal.

We have researched on our IPads all about King Charles III so we know when he was born, who his mum was, who his children are, his hobbies and lots of other interesting facts.

Everybody decorated biscuits in the patterns they had designed last week with Mrs Lane. Some were very elaborate that they had to be scaled back a little but they were still fit for a King and very tasty!

We have all dressed up and even had our very own King arrive, doesn’t he look regal.

Red,white and blue was the Royal order of Friday.. we had t-shirts, dresses, hats, crowns, flags and robes. All looking amazing ready for the Coronation.

We settled down to watch the Queens Coronation from 1953, lots of questions were asked and it has made us excited for Saturday.

There were lots of activities for us to try out in the hall from masks, red, white and blue sprinkles to building a castle, as you can see everyone had a jolly good time.

We have been colouring crowns, the King, flags and Coronation posters.

A great Royal knees up was had on Friday afternoon, we had music, played musical statues and chairs and boogied the afternoon away. Miss Liptrott made us some beautiful cupcakes, we really enjoyed them as you can see! Thank you Miss Liptrott for spending time with us this week, we have loved having you.

7A hope you enjoy the Coronation celebrations and the extra Bank Holiday.
