Yesterday 10R had their end of term trip to Blackpool! When we arrived there, we headed down onto the beach and had some fun drawing in the sand with sticks and we went down to the water, trying to keep our feet dry while we did! We then walked along the beach and made our way up to the North Pier, which we found out was the oldest and longest pier in Blackpool.

After having a wander up the pier and finding the original Sooty puppet, we headed to McDonalds for our lunch, where everyone enjoyed a sit down out of the sun. We finished our lunches and then made our way over to Coral Island, where we all had a lot of fun on the 2p machines. Some very lucky people won keyrings and we got lots of tickets between us. We decided to pool all of our tickets together and got some squishy toys for the class.

We finished up in the arcade and on the way back to the bus, we all enjoyed some ice-cream. Everyone had a really good time and we had lots of tired faces on the way back!
