Anti bullying / friendship week
On Monday the class watched a PowerPoint on bullying and what bullying means.
The PowerPoint explained that bullying is when someone is unkind by either hitting, kicking out or hurting others feelings by name calling over and over again.
To finish on a positive, the class then discussed random acts of kindness that we can show others either at home or at school.
The learners wrote two of their ideas on showing kindness and we have put them all in a bowl. What lovely acts of kindness they wrote down. There was letting others join in on games, hold the door open just to name a few.
Happy friendship week and we will be continuing our random act of kindness for the rest of year 10.
