This afternoon, 9A headed to the park for a well-deserved end-of-year picnic and some fun in the sunshine.
We were joined by a fantastic group of teachers – past, present and future – including Miss Cross, Mrs Crook, Mrs Hand, Mrs Bretherton, Mr Crofts, Miss Billsbrough, Mr Earl, Mrs Lane and Mrs Cunliffe.
Everyone enjoyed a relaxing picnic in the shade, and thankfully a lovely breeze helped to keep us cool. It was a wonderful opportunity to chat, catch up with one another and reflect on the year we have shared together.
Later in the afternoon, the games began! Pupils and staff took part in activities including catch, cricket and football, with plenty of laughter and friendly competition along the way.
It was a lovely, relaxing afternoon and the perfect way for 9A to celebrate the end of the school year together.
Thank you to all the staff who joined us and helped make the trip such a memorable occasion.
