In our "Understanding of the World" lessons this afternoon, we will be learning about where foods come from with a geography focus. Last week, we learnt all about foods that come from Italy. We tried pizza, mozerella cheese, risotto and spaghetti. We then went into groups and found Italy on the world map, made our own pizzas using our cutting skills, and made an Italian flag using coloured pasta and risotto. We had a brilliant afternoon and can't wait to learn all about France this week with a French cafe!
