What a lovely week it's been, the sun was shining and its been nice and warm, even Barney (my dog) enjoyed sunbathing in the garden while I was busy working in school! There were only a few children in school - all from different classes - but we still managed to do some fun lessons. While I was there, I recorded you all a little video - you'll be able to find them if you look on Evidence for Learning.
Miss Hendy has had a weeks holiday - she's been on some long walks with Tom where they discovered some lovely fairy doors in the forest. She has also been relaxing in her garden and sitting on her new sun-loungers. She has had some new plants delivered and she is looking forward to planting them and making her garden even nicer.
Miss McPartlin has been busy having fun and playing with her little girl. They've also been on some lovely walks in the sunshine and they made a birthday card for a friend.
I was really pleased to see that lots of work has been completed on Purple Mash and Education City - well done to everyone who has been busy doing their work.
Josh has been busy working on his phonics, counting and number bonds. He made some fabulous models with his sticklebricks, as well as copying some patterns. He helped to bake a delicious birthday cake for his mum and also went on a lovely walk last weekend.
Tyler F has been having fun with his brother in their paddling pool - it looks perfect for the hot weather!
Eshan has been trying really hard with his maths, as well as doing his English and science work. He's done some brilliant drawings and some reading as well. He has been tasting and eating some new foods - well done Eshan!!
Katie has been spending time on Education City and has helped her Daddy to wash the car. I'm really hoping that she'll wash mine when we're all back in school as it's looking quite dirty.
Clayton was in school and did some brilliant writing about Rainbow Fish, some great maths work and created a fabulous rainbow picture out of cheerios!
Well done everyone.
