Hi Everyone! I hope this blog continues to find you all well.

What a busy week 7G have been having. I have seen lots of great work and I can't wait to share it all with you. It has been MADD week this week as well and some children have entered our flag competition. I hope you have spotted some of our adults from school in a variety of videos that have been share on the YouTube channel this week.

So let's see our superstars ...

Katie

Katie has entered our Flag competition with a French flag she drew! She has also been making homemade pizza at home with pepperoni and mushrooms on. Yummy! Katie tried hard on education city with her number bonds to 20 - well done! She has also been making some origami animals - can you spot what she has made??

Harry

Harry has been busy having a go at his English and Maths work on education city! He also entered an MADD week flag into the competition which he made with his brother! Today Harry has been taking part in the pyjamarana day and is in his pyjamas! He has also been practising his letter formation, playing turn taking games and been on the trampoline!

Eshan

Eshan has had a super week. He has done really completing his work set on education city, practising writing some sentences and has been making chipatis with mum! He has also made his own bowling game outside with sand a bottles and has been playing Jenga with his dad! Keep up the good work Eshan!

Joshua

Joshua has been really busy! He spontaneously helped mum do some gardening outside so he got some new gardening gloves! He has also been working really hard on his writing, maths and lots of different sensory activities. Joshua has also been reading his book and spending some time outside. Joshua also took part in the flag competition entering with an England flag! Well done Josh. I have also seen Joshua has been trying really hard on his 'ee' sound on purple mash.

Reece

Reece has been having a go at some marking making doing different shapes and lines. Reece has also had a go at some of his maths and science on education city and has done a really good job. Well done Reece. Reece has enjoyed playing on his trampoline at home and has been practising his signing.

Tyler

I have seen on Education city that Tyler has been trying hard with some of his maths and English work. What a super star!

Jacob

Jacob you have also been trying hard on education city at home. You are amazing! I have set you some more work to complete when you are ready :)

Clayton

Clayton has been really busy in school this week taking part in a variety of MADD week activities with Mr Murphy, Mrs McShane and Mrs Jones. I love all the art work you have been doing and your bollywood dancing! Well done!

Well done everyone - you are working hard and coping very well. We are very proud of you!

This week the teachers have been a little bit busy.

I have been working from home this week. I have been very busy sorting out the MADD week competition and keeping an eye on what you have been up to :) Over the weekend it was sunny so I spent time planting my new plants in the garden and chilling in the sun. I also have been drinking lots of mint tea with my new tea diffuser. On top of this I thought I would have a go at plaiting my hair differently - what do you think?

Mrs Mahood has been on her holiday week. She has been on lots of walks with Barney, doing some coursework and riding lots on her exercise bike! Did everyone see baking with Mrs Mahood? This will be a weekly video so I can't wait to see what she makes next!

Mrs McPartlin has also been working from home like me this week. She has done lots of reading and some online training as well as looking after her little girl. They have been on walks, read some books and played with bricks.

So there it is - another week!

I hope you all stay safe and keep looking after each other. Adults - please remember you can email me with any queries or if you need any extra work.

See you soon!

Miss Hendy
