Mental Health Awareness Week.

What a fantastic week we had in school and you all had at home, taking part in the Mental Health Awareness Week’s activities. It was fantastic to hear what you had all been up to. Thank you for sending us lots of photos we enjoyed looking at them.

In School, Secondary pupils enjoyed making feelings jars, completing the nature challenges, creating emotion faces on balloons and having fun dancing to the feelings song. Well done everyone.

The Primary classes enjoyed going for a nature walk, gardening, sensory diet activities and relaxation sessions. We wish we could have joined you.

Many of you were very busy working at home trying the activities. The Mental Health Support Team loved hearing all about the activities you tried, while raising awareness of good mental health.

The walks in the sunshine looked just perfect, your baking looked yummy, the exercising and dancing looked like great fun. Thank you for sending us lots of photos we loved seeing them.

Here they are for you all to see what your friends have been up to during Mental Health Awareness Week.

Take care and stay safe,

The Mental Health Support Team.
