Welcome back 8R, Group B, Week 2

8R’s Group B have had a fantastic week back in school this week!

We have been very lucky this year and have been given our own iPads for everyone in our class. We really enjoyed setting our own passwords and wallpapers on these and did some super helping to make sure all our friends could change their wallpaper to something they liked. We have all signed our iPad promises so that we can make sure we use the properly.

We spent some chilled time in our new quiet area and loved looking through our sensory box to find we liked.

We did some super learning and talked all about our different senses. When we had discussed our senses we got our coats on and went outside to do a senses scavenger hunt. We used our senses to find lots of different things. We looked around to see what what could find, we write down different things we could smell, like the grass and heard lots of birds and people talking. 

On Friday we had a teams call with everybody else in our class who was at home. We had already thought of some exciting questions to ask them and used our best handwriting to write them down. It was lovely to see all of our friends.
