When Mrs Cobham arrived in school on Monday there was an envelope addressed to class 9R under the door. John and Caron didn’t know where it had come from and said it wasn’t there on Friday when school closed. Frederick the elf was sat in the celebrations tub with his face covered in chocolate. When 9R all arrived we opened the letter and it was from Santa!!! Santa had seen Frederick and the elves from 9G and 10G having a party on the corridor. Santa instructed us to put Frederick in isolation for a week because they had broken Covid rules by mixing bubbles. When Mrs Cobham opened her iPad there were some photos of the elves. 9R were very disappointed with Frederick.

This week 9R have enjoyed lots of Christmas activities including bingo, Christmas party, Christmas dinner, making a Christingle and also some signing for our Signalong Advent Calendar.

Let’s hope a week in isolation missing the Christmas celebrations and the craft activities will make him realise how important it is to stay safe.
