Happy new year everybody!!

8R have had a busy and fun filled first week back in school.

We are missing all the people who are learning from home this week but it was so lovely to see them on our teams calls on Friday! We also had a very, very special visitor on our teams call with Jenny. In the new year Jenny has become a big sister!! She was so excited to show us her new baby sister and we can tell she will be an amazing big sister. There were lots of lovely big smiles!

In class we have completed some work all about our new year resolutions. We thought about all the amazing things we have done and achieved last year and thought about all the new things we want to do and goals we want to set ourselves for this year. We wrote some ideas down on some stars which we decorated and have hung around our classroom so that we can remember all of our goals for the year.

We are looking forward to seeing all of our friends next week on the teams calls!
