This week at Astley Park has been friendship week, Sycamore Class have all been working hard this week and have been discussing kind words, writing an A-Z of kinds words then using them to support and compliment each other. 

We fully enjoyed making a friendship tree, using paint to print our hands on the branches then using paper, pencils and scissors to draw around our hands, cut them out and write one of our kind words on them before putting them on our tree. 

We focussed very hard when working in pairs to draw portraits of our partner. We looked at the shape of our partners head, the colour of their eyes and hair and included other features of our partners. Great work Sycamore! 

On Friday we fully enjoyed a session on the bikes working on our cycling ability, our steering, speed and being in control of the bike.
