9R party time 8/12/21

9R had a brilliant Christmas party day with lots of music, dancing, videos and party games not to mention the yummy food that was provided.

We began by watching part of the first Harry Potter video with the lights off and the Christmas tree twinkling in the darkness. Popcorn and chocolates helped to make this a rather magical experience, almost as good as being in the cinema.

Party games were played with the pupils and staff joining in enthusiastically, musical chairs was great fun as was musical statues and ‘what time is it Mr Wolf ‘?
We all enjoyed playing pass the parcel with children laughing at the amount of glitter that was hidden between each layer...goodness knows whose idea that was !

Party food was enjoyed and consisted of pizza, sandwiches, cocktail sausages and cakes and it was lovely to sit down as a class to enjoy the yummy party food.

During the afternoon we used the time to video our part of the online Christmas production and every one learnt their lines and were fantastic actors and actresses. Can’t wait to watch the finished product.
