As part of our topic this term, ‘All around the World’, Maple class have been enjoying the sensory story, ‘Walking through the Jungle’. We’ve been identifying animals from the sounds they make, finding them hiding in the tuff trays and in the outdoor area.


Chorley Sports Partnership have been supporting us to develop our gross motor skills including throwing and catching on Tuesday and our balance and coordination using the bikes on Wednesday.

Today we have been showing our support and raising money for The Jeans for Genes campaign by wearing blue to raise awareness of the daily challenges and raising money for projects to support those living with a genetic condition. We have been reading our sensory story, ‘What I like about me!’ and decorating jeans to show our support for this fantastic day.
