10R have had another busy week this week. We continued our topic of forces with Miss Anderton and we had a look at how to measure forces with newtons using a Newton meter. We had lots of fun using the apples and bouncing them around class.

After a couple of days off, we had a jam packed Friday! We started of by designing our own red noses for Comic Relief, where we had loads of fun designs, and we also did a little scavenger hunt around school to find the Mr Men and Little Miss', which are Astley Parks theme for this Comic Relief. We went swimming, as we do every Friday, and we all did lots and lots of lengths and were very ready for our lunch when we got back. We filled our afternoon by making Mother's Day cards ready for Sunday and we watched the Celebration assembly, where Thomas got star of the week for his super swimming this week. Well done Thomas!
