As part of our new school year we are embarking on our Young Enterprise experience.
As part of this we have had to create a company, this involved a board meeting where we discussed job roles, we then had to decide what roles we would like to apply for and have a small interview to say how we would be suitable for the role.
The young enterprise company also needed a logo so as a team we discussed ideas, what this would look like and together we were able to produce our logo.

The company was started to enable the year 11 class to raise money for their prom. To help us achieve this we shall be opening a tuck shop and selling bacon barms to members of staff.
This week was our first week at making bacon barns and selling them, this saw us working as a team to buy products, make the product and sell them.
As a team we had to use communication skills, teamwork, money skills, management skills and marketing skills, which was challenging but year 11 rose to the challenge as always.
