After the 6 weeks holiday 8A are the new 9A at Astley Park! We have all been getting to know each other and have had a very busy few weeks with lots of different activities.

In English learners are finding out lots of information about the work and life of David Attenborough and making their own dictionaries with some of the new words they have heard.

In Maths we have been looking at number ordering and addition with some interactive games.

Class have really enjoyed their art lesson learning about Van Gogh and Picasso and creating their very own pictures in the style of the artists.

This week we celebrated the school Ofsted inspection with a fun day with inflatable slides and bouncy castles which everyone really enjoyed.
