Picture News is our weekly lesson where we look at current news items. This week we have been learning about the new Pope.
We looked at how the Pope was I tasted and how the Cardinals went into conclave to vote, we learnt about the different coloured smoke and that the smoke was created when the voting papers were burnt.
We discussed as a group our thoughts on the job of the Pope, what he does for a job, would we like to do the job and why or why not.
We also discussed the Popes manifesto which made us think about how we could show kindness to people.
