This term our theme is ‘Whatever the weather’

On Monday we went on a weather walk and using our core board view finders, commented on what we could see and hear.

On Tuesday, through a range of activities we practiced our fundamental movement skills and problem solving skills in P.E.

On Wednesday we created an avatar of ourselves to help keep us safe when online and in the afternoon we continued to explore different materials in our textile learning with Miss Troughton and made a flower collage by gluing lots of different materials onto an outline of a flower.

On Thursday we explored a new sensory story all about a little fox on an Autumn walk, which then inspired us to write some super sentences based on what we had just heard.

In the afternoon we enjoyed adding to our weather eBooks, inputting the data we collected of last week’s weather.

On Friday we enjoyed re-visiting our new sensory story and creating new sentences as a group before enjoying Golden Time and Celebration Assembly in the afternoon.

We have all worked so hard this week, but this week’s Star of the week goes to Andrew.

Have a great weekend everyone and remember to send your weekend news ahead of our ‘Weekend news’ session on Monday where we can hear all about what you have been enjoying over the weekend.
