This week we have continued with netball in our p.e lesson. We have been practicing passing the ball and trying to score goals. We always enjoy our Monday p.e lessons and love getting competitive.
We have been using the bee-bots again to carry on with our learning around direction. The learners worked in pairs and had to use directional language to help their partner direct the bee-bots.
We enjoyed experimenting in our science lesson this week. We have been looking at forces over the last few weeks. This week we focussed on air resistance and water resistance. We used different materials to run around the playground. We did this so that we could see the difference air resistance made on the different materials.
On Friday morning we had a very exciting visitor….Ned the Guide Dog! We have been learning about real life superheroes, people who help us. Mrs Lane organised for The Guide Dogs to come and see us to talk to us about what they do to help people. We had a go at grooming, attaching leads and harnesses and hiding treats for Ned to find. It was such a lovely way to spend our morning.
