This week group 3 have been looking at how we can keep our bodies healthy. 
We looked at lots of different healthy food and what’s things we could make with these. We made some mango smoothies, blueberry and strawberry smoothies and fruit with yogurt and bran flakes. We spoke about how if we are healthy we are allowed some treats so we made a healthy Eton Mess. We found the recipe online and a made the meringues ourselves and added strawberries, raspberries and blueberries on top of it. They were delicious!!

Another way to keep our bodies healthy is to keep active and do exercise. So this week we have spent lots of time outside. We have played football, walked around the track, played on the bike and took part in this weeks Astley Park challenge.

This week our challenge was the roll the dice challenge. We rolled one dice that had numbers on and another dice that had some exercise challenges on it and did the movements as many times as the dice told us to.

We have had a super fun week and enjoyed being healthy and being outside with our friends!
