What a week for Willow Class! It has been so lovely to have all children back together again and seeing excited faces coming through the door.
Everyone has worked so hard this week in all lessons and we are so impressed with what kind friends Willow class have been supporting their peers back into school routines.
On Thursday we started getting ready for a special day- Mother’s Day! We looked at what different families look like and all the different women in our families that we can celebrate on Mother’s Day. We designed some amazing heart decorations for mum, nanas or aunties. Then we worked together on different art stations in class to create our designs, thinking about what the ladies in our families would like.
In the afternoon, we had a fun session of what is in the box. Then we made some beautiful cards for Mother’s Day with Miss Troughton. The children worked really hard.
