Teamwork by 9G

Over the past couple of weeks, 9G have been working on a project in small groups. Their project was to create their very own circus character. The groups had to think of what activity the character was good at, what they wore, how they would speak and of course a name. The learners all worked well in coming up with ideas and listening to each other with help from 9G staff.

This project is working towards showing their new 10G teacher Mrs Fisher their amazing work! Mrs Fisher came in for a visit to see 9Gs amazing work and was very impressed. In their groups the learners decided who was going to be the speaker, who was going to hold the picture of their character and who was going to point at the area the speaker was discussing.  The groups introduced their characters to Mrs Fisher, with some help from 9G staff.

There was Oscar, who is a ring master. He can walk on stilts and can do balloon modelling. Oscar has a very loud voice, he wears a yellow jacket and red and blue striped pants.

There was also Owen the clown, Owen can juggle and can walk on stilts and also has a loud voice and carries a horn. He wears a red and green spotted suit and has red hair.

Finally we had Barry, Barry is a clown and has a squeaky voice. He rides a unicycle and throws custard pies. He wears a suit that has pineapples on and has a rainbow wig.

Fantastic work 9G!
