This morning Chestnut Class had their transition session ready for September. 

To fit in with the hot hot weather, Miss Hothersall and Miss Cross planned a fun sensory play based session around the theme ‘Ice Cream’.  

Our morning began with us exploring our environment and meeting our new teachers and friends. We started our session with an ‘Ice Cream Splat’ Attention Autism. We then got busy and explored some more, played in shaving foam and sand, and made our own ice cream to eat too! 

We have all had a lovely morning meeting some of our new friends and teachers who will be in Chestnut class with us when we come back after the summer holidays.

We are very excited for September!
