Today Maple Class took part in Remembrance Day activities through Attention Autism and through creativity. We watched Miss flour sieve to reveal small crosses in the tuff tray and then sprinkle green glitter to represent Flander’s Field and we took turns in Stage 3 to sprinkle red tissue paper to represent the poppies that grew. Maple Class enjoyed watching the ‘poppies’ falling into the tuff tray. At 11 o clock, Maple Class observed the silence from our outdoor area with their Primary friends. Maple Class made Poppy artwork from repeated printing patterns using apples, paintbrushes and even our feet!
Lovely shared attention and interaction with your peers today Maple Class. Well done!
