8A visited Astley Inn 

 

So, on Monday we made the very soggy walk to The Astley, but we didn’t mind because we were hungry and we were really looking forward to our food.

When we got there the waiter and waitress were waiting for us and showed us to our table. 

We took our wet coats off and sat down. We all had a drink first then our food came out. (We pre-ordered what was wanted on Friday). 

When the dishes came out, the food looked  and smelt delicious. There were burgers, chicken goujons, fish and pizzas, and the size portions were amazing. Staff could not believe all the clean plates we had at the end.

8A, you were all amazing , representing Astley Park School whilst we were there.

Well done, and give yourselves a pat on the back. 8A team are very proud of you.
